Hi everyone and welcome to my page!
Music has been my passion from a very young age. In fact, I started taking private piano lessons at the age of two years old. Throughout my middle school and high school years, I accompanied for my local church and choir, and various vocal soloists. I also competed in many state and local competitions and received several scholarships and awards. My favorite opportunities during this time in my life were playing at Carnegie Hall as well as soloing with the Binghamton New York Community Orchestra.
After high school, I received my BMus in Piano Performance from Bob Jones University. At Bob Jones University, I worked as a collaborative pianist for several vocal soloists and instrumentalists, the Bob Jones Lyric Choir, Dr. Steve Pettit’s Traveling Music Team, and the Greenville Youth Chorale. In addition, I received Honorable Mention at the SCMNTA competition in 2019 and the incredible opportunity to solo with the Bob Jones Symphony Orchestra in 2021. While completing my degree, I began to develop a passion for teaching piano, and I discovered that teaching is truly one of the best parts of being a musician.
Currently, I serve as one of the pianists at Suber Road Baptist Church, enjoy teaching private piano lessons from my studio, and playing for various accompanying gigs and weddings.
I am so thankful for all the opportunities God has given me, and I hope to inspire everyone, everywhere to find their musical wings.
